We - you, David and I - went through this on this list already. I,
ultimately, took David's advice, which backed up his many requests
to me to change the dates.
I think that I had interpreted the guidance on when to change dates
differently. I apologize for that. Though at this point, I still
don't know how to interpret "non-trivial".
i'd say "content", vs. punctuation, formatting, or spelling. most
of larry's changes wouldn't qualify, IMO. (which doesn't mean date
changes should be backed out if they've already been done -- i haven't
been paying close attention. i don't think it's that important.)
