We have a fundamental disagreement. 76% of a very small,
self-selected sample is just not very meaningful, period. I am
willing to believe that you are sincere in your belief that
confidentiality should be the most important feature of PEM and that
those who you have polled agree with that principle too. However, as
chair of the PEM WG, I have not been approached by WG members
expressing this sentiment, along with a concrete proposal about what
to do as a result. Thus I cannot seriously consider any changes
either to the name of the protocol or to the protoocl per se. This
can be a topic for discussion at the next PEM WG meeting, at the
November IETF in Houston, if there is sufficient interest.
