Here's what I've got so far:
X-Delivered-to: used at FastMail.FM, an IMAP service provider, when possible
Delivered-To: used by qmail and safecat; can be used by Postfix
X-Envelope-To: can be used by the sendmail if there is one and only one
envelope recipient
Envelope-To:
X-Rcpt-To: was used at the now defunct Best.com
If anyone has anything to add to this list, please let me. E.g.,
what program(s) use Envelope-To:?
