You seem to be missing the ^ start of line part of the
test on the Content-Type condition line?

Thank you. That was, of course, a typo of mine. Your
emendation is how it should look.
Is anyone seeing *real* email getting trapped by this
type of base-64 test?
I haven't had any non-spam caught by it since I initiated it
a couple of months ago.
