Louis spoke elsewhere of including formal names with the addresses. He
changed his mind about that, and he's also including the <space><backslash>
continuation indicators on all lines except the last, so cat will do the job
now. [Backslash without space, per Tony's original sed instruction, might not
have worked so well.]
