No (assuming you mean sendmail should stop supporting Bcc'd mail).
a) There are lots of people that don't use sendmail, so what sendmail
does or doesn't do, is close to irrelevant in this regard.
b) There are good, legitimate uses for Bcc, and it is here to stay for
those reasons (privacy, etc).
