What does "then the text will not have been filtered." mean?
It means that the ACTION of that specific recipe FAILED. (for purposes
of the 'e' and 'a' flags).
It also means that procmail ignores the output from the filter and instead
recovers the original message from a cache copy that it made just before
piping to the filter.
