genuine email got blocked as spam

2005-06-29 14:23:12
Hallo

i hope i am on the right place for this question.

I am responsible for the outgoing email from some German Companys.

This Companys are good Sales Person and we dont send any SPAM

More and more it is getting difficult to send valid email to the worlds email
community.

following problem occourred in the last month:

we have to forward email from a local mail server over a "smart relay" to the
world.

local.smtp > domain.smtp > world

the email header will look like this on the receiving host

Received: from xxx-yyy.de (xxx-yyy.de [252.252.252.252])
by anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de (8.13.4/8.13.4) with ESMTP id
j5T7jDIl015888
        for <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>; Wed, 29 Jun 2005 09:45:13 +0200
(CEST)
        (envelope-from someone(_at_)xxx-yyy(_dot_)de)
Received: from xxx.de (xxx.de [123.123.123.123])
        by xxx-yyy.de (8.13.4/8.13.4) with SMTP id j5T7j84I015870
        for <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>; Wed, 29 Jun 2005 09:45:11 +0200
(CEST)
        (envelope-from someone(_at_)xxx-yyy(_dot_)de)
Envelope-To: <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>

german, asia, american, uk, and a lot other server world wide, lets say 95%
acceptet this email

both smtp have fixed ip with mx dns and a record

the rest 5% Received there email from the local smtp

resulting in a header like this on the receiving host

Received: from xxx.de (xxx.de [123.123.123.123])
        by world.de (8.13.4/8.13.4) with SMTP id j5T7j84I015870
        for <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>; Wed, 29 Jun 2005 09:45:11 +0200
(CEST)
        (envelope-from someone(_at_)xxx-yyy(_dot_)de)
Envelope-To: <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>

a couple of weaks the asian , like corea and some other server start to stop me
sending email.

direkt sending didnt worked out with them

i found that they didnt like anymore:

Received: from xxx.de (xxx.de [123.123.123.123])

in the first header

i found a way to send email again to all of them.

local.smtp > secure tunnel > domain.smtp > world

resulting in a header like this on the receiving server

Received: from xxx-yyy.de (xxx-yyy.de [252.252.252.252])
by anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de (8.13.4/8.13.4) with ESMTP id
j5T7jDIl015888
        for <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>; Wed, 29 Jun 2005 09:45:13 +0200
(CEST)
        (envelope-from someone(_at_)xxx-yyy(_dot_)de)
Received: from xxx.local (xxx-yyy.de [252.252.252.252])
        by xxx-yyy.de (8.13.4/8.13.4) with SMTP id j5T7j84I015870
        for <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>; Wed, 29 Jun 2005 09:45:11 +0200
(CEST)
        (envelope-from someone(_at_)xxx-yyy(_dot_)de)
Envelope-To: <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>

i had to set the smtp host name of the local server to xxx.local or it didnt
worked out.
i need the tunnel or my own server didnt acceptet my authentication couse of
the dns lookup check of the smtp host name anymore:)

of course was no direkt mailing with the most receiver with this name from the
local server possible. but ok its worked.

now starting this weak german server stop to accept email

with something like:

MDeferred: 450 4.1.0 <someone(_at_)xxx-yyy(_dot_)de>: Sender address rejected:
unverified address: Address verification in progress

or:

MDeferred: 450 <anybody(_at_)world(_dot_)de>: Recipient address rejected:
Greylisted for 300 seconds

with the rest of the world it is still working.

What can i do?????????

can procmail help me ????
