No, Procmail cannot help you. Only proper set up of your SMTP server for
redelivery upon receipt of a 4xx error can help.
You posted a lot of good information about your server setup. And none of
it has ANYTHING to do with what you are seeing. The error messages tell you
what is happening. You are a mail administrator. Do you not know that 4xx
errors are TEMPORARY delivery failures and your SMTP server should try to
deliver those messages again after waiting around 5 or 10 minutes?
The second error even SAYS that you have been "Greylisted".
Go to www.google.de and look up "greylisting"

If your mail server is set up properly to re-try sending to those hosts
which give a 4xx Temporary Failure error then you don't need to change
anything and you can ignore those errors completely.
