Before you ask such a question, try google: deferred
i did found the greylist web side with no particular standard they say
there are a lot
people using it in a different way

Normally an SMTP-server would not retry that soon, see
RFC 2821:
http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2821.html
"In general, the retry interval SHOULD be at
least 30 minutes
my server has in his sendmail.sf O MinQueueAge=30m
from michele i received:
With this error, you should retry to send the message within the
300 Seconds, which mean, if you send an (unverified) message, the
receiving host reject it and after 300 Seconds it is bounced.
i am getting confused.
Thosea are different implementations of "greylisting"
And YES, I hate it.
my problem is there are thousends of euros getting lost not to be able
to send this emails.
You are not alone! I am Sysadmin of several french Gov. servers
and the differnt interpretations of "greilisting" are horrible.
Greetings
Michelle
