I think Patrick is confused about the original poster of this thread (Tolga)
and me. In Tolga's message, there are in fact two definitions of $MAILDIR.
Maybe we should get back on out thread.

More likely he is not looking for his mail in the correct location.
He has $MAILDIR defined twice and I don't believe the second(last)
assignment is what he wants.
I hadn't seen such details from Francesco yet. :)

similar added to the Subject: and is awaiting moderator approval ????
