At any rate, wouldn't this catch anything that's 10.1 - 99.9?

[1-9][0-9]\.[0-9]
am I missing something?
That would also match 10.0, but earlier he said he only wanted 10.1 or
above.
10.0 sure would make things easier though! ;)
