Wrong.  I am assuming that sender verification will be done by the mta.

Where you actually thought SPF was comparing the original senders IP, when in 
fact, it is comparing the IP from the last (sending) MTA.

Go and read the SPF docs and the RFC's for SMTP again.  Yes, I'm assuming you 
have already read them, even though you don't seem to understand them.
