The problem is that under US law trademarks are protect them or loose them.
Not in the anti-spam business, it seems. Even some of the most
knowledgeable people in the anti-spam industry and many naive anti-spam
companies still use the term "RBL" (which should never be used in
anti-spam, except when referring to the MAPS spam test), and the term
"SPAM" (in all capitals; only the normal case form "spam" should be used).
