I relied on modifier ordering in my pgp=... example earlier today. The
example would be much larger rewritten in a position-independent manner.
(Note that I used "=" in the example to effectively get the same result
as having an undefined mechanism that didn't cause an "unknown" result
for strict clients that got to that point.)
