Normally I'd just say send me an email directly and I'll post back the
Received-SPF: header that my mail server adds. However, I don't accept mail
from hosts with reverse DNS in the cable.ntl.com domain as I'd just get
inundated with viruses if I did. You may find other people with similar
policies regarding mail from cable modems or in fact dynamic IPs in general.
You may end up sending mail to those domains via your ISP's smarthost, in
which case you'll need to add the IP addresses of NTL's outgoing mail servers
to your SPF record.
