You can do it by name or address, e.g.

ip4:81.x.y.z/24

(where 81.x.y.z/24 represents the address range holding all the IP addresses 
of the ISP's outbound mail servers), or
a:smtp.isp.com

(where smtp.isp.com is a DNS name that resolves to all the IP addresses of the 
ISP's outbound mail servers).
