Not sure, but as long as there are no technical requirements or
certification for the administrator of a mail server we will have
individuals who look for simple ineffective solutions to the issues that
confront their clients.


Like proposing they need a sfp record the includes all ip on the net. That
approach defeats the purpose of spf.

Our system treats an overly broad isp range as no spf records and rates it
accordingly.
