I assume you mean "stolen" credit card. In which case, it
still raises the cost of spamming.

Why would you assuming "stolen" credit card? Spammers aren't
theives, they can afford $300 easily.

Not thieves?  When was the last time you received a check for the
bandwidth and CPU that was taken from you?  What else would you call it
when someone hires Russian virus writers to infect machines with Trojans
and then uses the infected machines' bandwidth to _send_ spam?  That's
not just theft, it's criminal trespass.

Sorry, Tom, these folks are common criminals.  Though they can easily
afford the price of frequent domain registrations and hosting accounts,
they often use stolen credit cards from their previous group of suckers
to purchase those services.
