When you receive an email from "mr(_dot_)smith(_at_)irs(_dot_)gov", and it
SPF PASSes, you
need to know whether or not 'irs.gov' is indeed the IRS. Reputation
services can't tell you that. Accreditation services can.
But you still don't know whether the message is spam or not. There might
be a compromised machine behind this.
This is the problem - accreditation is nice, but it doesn't really help
you answer the question of whether a particular mail is spam or not.
