IMHO the spammers are forcing everyone to make their rules more
restrictive as we fight the battle (and lose mostly) against their
theft. This will not be the last one of these we see. For my part I have
adopted thoroughly draconian rulesets on my production MTA's and will
continue to do so for the foreseeable future. A by product of this is
that sometimes the baby can get thrown out with the bath water.
Casualties of war! :-(
