Oh, I should also through in this story for a comparison. Note the date. 
This was what someone who had been spamming up to about a year and a half 
ago was able to do.

The other article that I got $40k from was a guy who got into the business a 
lot more recently, and a lot of his costs could be valuated with a cash 
value because he had to contract with third parties.
