Do you explain this Meng, maybe by showing an example? Maybe this
has been done, but what isn't clear how is a SPF domain record defined
for the client domain name. For example, if HELO mail.winserver.com is
issued, is the lookup on "mail.winserver.com" or "winserver.com"

If "HELO mail.winserver.com" is issued, then the SPF lookup will be on
"mail.winserver.com". But only in case of a null envelope-from.

To do something silly, like performing an A record lookup on HELO, and try
and get a PTR for that result on which to perform the SPF lookup, would de
dreadfully wrong. The HELO string should be taken "as is".
