RE: SPF leadership council nominees: please accept or decline

I would be happy to serve.  I think William's idea of a provisional group to
create a charter and bylaws is a pretty good idea.  Two sets of elections
seems a bit over-the-top, but that is the more honest way to do it.  Many of
the same people would likely be re-elected if they care to continue.
