I have several choices:
0) Wait until the "council" exists, and until there is a
draft backed by the council and submitted to the IETF

review draft-lentczner-spf-00 and the hell with its
weaknesses.
As far as the SPF RR is concerned it's fine. But Wayne
replaced SPF by TXT everywhere, therefore this is no more
option... :-(
2) Submit draft-schlitt-spf-00 to the IETF myself.
Why can't you just sit and wait until the council exists ?
Fixing draft-schlitt is easy, just s/TXT/SPF/g and then
undo it in a few lines, but not _now_ - no more private
last minute stunts, please.
