doesn't seem to matter according to bruce).
Perhaps you should point Bruce to section "4.1.3 Address Literals" of RFC
2821. Especially the part that says,
... a special literal form
of the address is allowed as an alternative to a domain name. For
IPv4 addresses, this form uses four small decimal integers separated
by dots and enclosed by brackets such as [123.255.37.2] ...
Then have him understand that 'slot.hollandcasino.net' can list any
Number of MX'es of its choice; and that an address literal is just that:
an address literal. :)
Then have him do a little test, and see that he is, in fact, talking to
two different mailservers (see below).
Then end the discussion.
