This record is very acceptable, I believe it costs only 7 lookups max.
It also fits inside a UDP packet (512-bytes).

So, just so I'm clear on things here...

Would the following be an acceptable SPF record for rr.com?

"v=spf1 ip4:24.30.203.0/24 ip4:24.28.200.0/24 \
       ip4:24.28.204.0/24 ip4:24.30.218.0/24 \
       ip4:24.93.47.0/24 ip4:24.25.9.0/24 \
       ip4:65.24.5.0/24 ip4:24.94.166.0/24 \
       ip4:24.29.109.0/24 ip4:66.75.162.0/24 \
       ip4:24.24.2.0/24 ip4:65.32.5.0/24 +mx ~all"

A ticket has been opened here to change the SPF record for rr.com
to just that, then. It's a low priority ticket, so it may be a
day or so till it's changed.

It would be very illuminating for us if you had a way to measure and let us know the rr.com DNS load before and after this change.

You could also correlate these numbers to your outgoing mail traffic to get an idea of how frequently your domain is forged. It would be a loose correlation that may or may not tell you much. I am tempted to think it will actually tell you a lot, since your real outgoing traffic is low on that domain.

Thank you,
Radu.
