Different problem. If your door has always been unlocked so your kids
can get in and out, the burglar is a problem. If you then put a lock
on the door to keep the burglar out, the lock causes the problem that
your kids can't get in.
I disagree. The lock is not the problem. The kids need a key; if you
forget to give them one, you are the problem.
Well, unless you're claiming I'm the burglar, you're at least
acknowledging there's more than one problem. Hopefully that's a step
out of the rut of talking about "the problem" as if there were only
one in the world. Can you agree with this:
SPF addresses a major problem with email, but in the process it
introduces a new problem for mail forwarders and their users.
And perhaps this too:
SRS is an approach to the problem SPF causes for mail forwarders.
Use in the field is showing that SRS also introduces new,
relatively minor so far, problems.
