BIND allows you to serve unknown RR types. It is not convenient, but
it works.

You indicate TYPE with the number (here, TYPE99).

And you put the data in hexadecimal. (The attached Python script
converts it.)

You can test on generic-nic.net which has both the TXT and the SPF.

spam.co.nz SPF "v=spf1 ip4:219.88.242.0/27 -all"

With the current and unpatched BIND:
