Yes, there was a new I-D about this and other DNS issues some
days ago, they are puzzled who or what asks for all-DIGIT
TLDs. Maybe they missed the thread on the SMTP list, Hector,
John, Keith, and others: MTAs using domain literals without
square brackets as HELO-identity could cause this.
One of the points for 2821bis, add the <toplabel> stuff to
<domain>. Not yet done in the -00 draft. Bye, Frank
