I strongly disagree. I think wikis have shown that the vast majority
of people are very reasonable and do a good job of editing stuff, if

I didn't say everyone.
"Wiki wiki" means "quick" in Hawaiian, not "free-for-all".
I didn't say it should be free-for-all for everyone to edit.
I think being a subscriber to spf-webmaster is enough to filter out
almost all problem characters, and those few who jump through that
hoop can be handing individually.
