any spf-discuss subscriber.  There needs to be _some_ quality assurance.  
Everyone is very welcome to submit material for review and inclusion by 
the webmasters team, though!

That's probably due to the webmasters team having been idle.  Personally, I 
just couldn't find the time recently to do much work on the website; I 
think this will get better in 2-3 weeks.  But Koen did a nice job on the 
FAQ on the new website[1] in November!
