Who are they going to believe, an experimental RFC, or Microsoft
documentation?

Most people can't tell an "Experimental" RFC from an "Internet Standard" 
one, because they simply don't know it makes a difference.  To many, an 
RFC is an RFC is an RFC.  No need to point out the allegedly "experi- 
mental" nature of SPF to those who don't care.
