First, I think it may be simpler just to send them all to the RT and let
us helpers send on what needs to go to a public list.

Why did I implement the contact form's multi-topic dispatching feature
again?

IOW: no. At least the website topic should go directly to spf-webmasters
(modulo posting moderation). I don't really think that the "Other" topic
(i.e. not a support request) should go to the _support_team's_ RT. Unless
we declare that RT as NOT specifically meant for the support team...

However, I'd propose the following in place of the current text if we
keep this setup:

"This issue [ may / may not ] be discussed publicly by project
volunteers with identifying information (e-mail addresses, domains,
etc.) included - note: public messages are sent to the spf-discuss
mailing list for community review"

"for community review" sounds like we were subjecting submitters' messages
to an IQ test or something. ;-)

For what it is worth, I think using the term "staff" is a bad idea. I
think "staff" implies "paid employee", and that implies someone *has*
to answer the question, no matter how abusive, or else that someone
will get fired for not doing their job. Instead, "project volunteer"
would be better.

My dictionary says:

  staff, n.
[1.-3. definitions in the "pole" or "stick" sense]
  4. a team of assistants who aid a leader or executive.
  5. a group or team formed to carry out a particular function.
[6. the set of five horizontal lines and resulting four empty spaces on
     which musical notation is written.]

I don't think "staff" implies payment or obligation, and I think "project
volunteers" sounds awkward.

What about this?

"This issue [ may / may not ] be discussed publicly by project staff with
identifying information (e-mail addresses, domains, etc.) included. Note
that public messages that are of general interest may be forwarded to any
  of the project's mailing lists."
