IOW: no.  At least the website topic should go directly to spf-webmasters 
(modulo posting moderation).  I don't really think that the "Other" topic 
(i.e. not a support request) should go to the _support_team's_ RT.  Unless 
we declare that RT as NOT specifically meant for the support team...

In theory this way is better.  In practice I think it may be more trouble 
than it's worth.  I don't mind experimenting some more.
