You would be surprised if MS didn't support???  

According to the people at MS that I have talked with, MS won't be
supporting the type99 SPF RR type, nor many other DNS RR types, for at
least 5, maybe 10 years.  Not only wasn't support put into the
recently Vista release, there are no plans to put this into the next
generation release.

MS has been saying this since at least the MARID days of early 2004.
This has been repeated here and on places like the DNSOP/DNSEXT IETF
mailing lists quite a few times.


And then there are those people who think that MS is irrelevant.
*sigh*.
