Otherwise it's a piece of "receiver policy", the technology
(SPF evaluiation) is there, now use it. Your outgoing SPF
checks are a similar case of "we have it, now let's use it" -
okay, no risk to get outgoing SPF checks completely wrong.
Off topic: my weird ISP tries "call forward verification"
with outbound mail. Now that's truly horrendous. But it
works with the new openspf test address, I get the feedback
directly in the SMTP submit dialogue.
