To make things concrete, I would like each of you to ask whether you,
yourself, feel that you understand the document, its impact on the
current operational email internet, etc.
I have not implemented it because of lack of time, but I have read it
and like it. It is what we have to do (unfortunately) but it is
much better to have the RFC-HDR than only be writing in US-ASCII.
It is also better than the KTH-proposal that we at the KTH wrote
some months ago when the debate was _HOT_.

P.S. In this letter I have "hand-compiled" an X-From header with the
correct spelling of my name. This is at least how I think
the headers should look like.
