Your encodings for Vietnamese are horrible and can't
be parsed by Vietnamese readers/writers.
So is for Japanese, even excluding Han characters. And, for Han
characters, it is just a numeric encoding.
Your encodings are designed
to be tremendously Euro-centric and Danish-centric.
I think you hate Euro-centrism.
on the Navy standard workstation contract because we need a GENERAL
solution to multilingual messaging that isn't Euro-centric; ISO-10646
support is strongly desired by us).
With CJK unification and without Latin-Greek-Cyrillic unification,
ISO 10646 is Multi-Euro-Single-CJK-lingual encoding.
How can you say it is not Euro-centric?
