My 2 cents: make a new command in UAs that replies to the
to: field and the cc: field, (but not the from field)
thus avoiding two messages sent to the author of the From: message.
What if the author isn't included in To/Cc?
For example, what if To is a mailing list, and From is a non-subscriber?
How is a user supposed to decide whether to use the old reply-to-all
command or your new reply-to-recipients command?
