Keld:  How does the MTA distinguish duplicates for this message,
which is going to dkuug.dk, brasslantern.com, utk.edy, imc.org,
and a local copy to myself?  To *my* MTA they all look distinct.
And by the time it reaches any other MTA, it's too late.

2. The MUA could look at messages and remove those occurring
more than once.

Of course, we'd rather avoid having the MUA having to suppress
57 copies, after having *received* 57 copies over a possibly slow link,
etc etc. ;)
