This is essentially a RTKBA or you-don't-really-need-an-SUV issue.  It
may be true in some global sense, but at the level of humans, egos, and
the simple wish for people to control (and waste) their own destiny and
not pass all their traffic thru an easily targeted
supervision/big-brother point its just not going to happen.
