of people come up with how they think a DNSbl should/must be run
(especially when some of them have *no* experience running even a small

(Yes I know some here do run global ones, yes I know some here are
involved in large ones, however there are names here that have nothing
to do with any current DNSbl operating let alone running a current one
themselves.)
