It already does.

Speaking of which, we might be able to side-step such arguments by 
mentioning specific DNSBLs in the "Thanks" section.  I already have one 
lined up if others are willing.  Anybody?  [Privately if you wish.]

Also: perhaps the most worrying point to some DNSBL operators is that a 
document such as this could be used in an adverse manner in a court 
case.  I just had an idea that there could be a "DNSBL user" MUST 
accepting full responsibility for all consequences of a listing, with 
verbiage that they're the ones choosing to use it in a particular 
manner.  That would draw a few bits and pieces out of other bits of the 
document (eg: "fully within their rights to list for any reason 
whatsoever") into one section.

Thoughts?
