IIRC, this is by design since there was no consensus around what exactly to
do. Personally, I tend to favor not having messages silently vanish.

As stated before, I have not followed the entire discussion on ADSP in
depth, so please bear with me. I could not find relevant items in the
archives, but has there ever been suggested to have a 'rejectable' in
addition to 'discardable' and 'all'?
