I'm inclined to agree with Ned. Not because of his and Chris's reading of
DRUMS, but because of the argument that the resent headers are generally not
as useful as one would think. The add complexity and potential ambiguity
with little relevant benefit -- especially if a receiving UA is not supposed
to use them for anything other than trace information.
