OK, if the variables extension is present, you can of course emulate
this with a :regex/:matches test and a deleteheader/addheader pair.
If the variables extension isn't available, the replaceheader itself is
pretty limited, too, since
replaceheader :newvalue "" :regex "Subject" "^\[ml-name\] *";
doesn't work (should it? Probably, since without it, how does one write
the equivalent of perl's s///g?).
The arguments that remains, then, is that replaceheader is easier to
write for a script author and that it can't be that complex if it's
functionality is already present in addheader/deleteheader/variables...
In addition, replaceheader :index <num> has no equivalent due to lack
of indexing support in the header test.
