I need *native* IPv6 into my home in San Francisco for my day job,

Really?

Very very very few people have day jobs that require native IPv6 service to
their home network today.

I'm an exception because I have a requirement that IPv6 and IPv4 provide more
or less *equivalent* performance characteristics. The extra 20 milliseconds of
queuing delay caused by the 6over4 tunnel endpoint should be acceptable to
almost everyone else, but it's a deal-breaker for me. For reasons I'm not
going to discuss here, I need IPv6 to be at least as good if not better than
IPv4-- today, not three years from now--- and I'm forced to leave my ISP over
it.
