You are wrong. While IPv4 is demonstratively usable, IPv6 along
with ND is too bloated that it is totally unusable.

For example, packet too big for multicast PMTUD causes ICMPv6
implosions which may be used for DoS.

While IPv4 guarantees that 516B payload receivable by any host,
IPv6 can't. Because of indefinitely length header options, some
of which (e.g. options for mobility) are inserted without
trasnport/application control, there is no room, not even 1B,
reserved for payload.

And, the worst problem is that 16B address, thanks to poor
estimation of RFC1715, is impossible to remember.
