What property of the blue sheet makes it personal data.
There was an invited presentation that discussed what personal data is, and
other matters, at the Security Area open meeting in Paris. The speaker referred
to a paper he'd written that sounds like it would be useful reading; I haven't
looked for it yet (if anyone has, a pointer would be useful).
